This was a good week. I weighed in this morning at 244.0 for a 2.8 pound loss for the week. I am down almost 40 pounds from August 1st. That's the good news. I still have a long way to go to get where I want to be but I have a lot of time to get there.
I'm off and pedaling for now.

That is wonderful! To keep up the around two pounds a week weight loss so long, you're doing it right. I don't give advice unless asked :) this is just a statement of fact from someone with 26 years more experience. Don't EVER get where you want to be. Keep trying to lose ONE more pound, or you'll gain a pound...then another...then...
